Warmly Welcome Rev. Fr. John Aye Kyaw to Kalaymyo (7.2.2026)

Our beloved Rev. Fr. John Aye Kyaw of the Mandalay Archdiocese safely arrived at the Diocesan Pastoral Centre, Kalaymyo, this afternoon.

With great joy and gratitude, we warmly welcome him as he will graciously guide and spiritually accompany the Bishop and Priests of the Kalay Diocese during their Annual Retreat, from the evening of February 8 to 12, 2026.

A large number of the priests of the Kalay Diocese received their priestly formation under the guidance of Rev. Fr. John Aye Kyaw during his tenure as Rector of St. Thomas Seminary, Mandalay.

The group of Fr. Andrew Cin Go Lian belongs to the pioneer batch of his students, while the group of Fr. Marthin Dal Ngaih Do represents the last group of priests formed under his fatherly care in the seminary.

United in gratitude, we joyfully look forward to welcoming him and sincerely acknowledge the lasting impact of his devoted pastoral service and priestly formation.
